A follow up comment about Google Reader: I have used it for several days and find it very helpful. I can check helpful sites only when something new has been added. I have added a couple new RSS feeds.
I have even been tempted to join the group which is called a 50 book challenge. You keep track of the books you read and try to read 50 a year. I read as part of the job and I do love books!
